1)Roller stamping bearing: roller bearing is divided into two kinds, one is punching bearing, the other is cast iron bearing. Most of the stamping bearing with steel pipe welding, cast iron bearing housings are used and pipe extrusion. Stamping bearing is characterized by a good seal, the overall strong endurance, cast iron bearing the greatest feature is the high concentricity, but the bearing capacity than the lower bearing.

2)Roller bearings: is one of the most important parts in conveyor accessories, the bearing a direct impact on the life of the roller. So choose roller bearings, roller parts than choose other more cautious.

3)Roller seal: roller sealing material is divided into polyethylene and nylon. Polyethylene low cost, but relatively poor wear resistance, on the contrary, nylon material sealing cost is relatively high, but high wear resistance.

4)Roller shaft: roller shaft is divided into cold drawn steel shaft and ladder shaft. Note: The tolerance of the roller shaft must be guaranteed between plus 0.002mm – 0.019mm.

5)Retainer: idler used in the spring made of spring steel, played a fixed roller string move. Poor poor spring flexibility, variability, under the stamping of the external force can not be a good control of roller string.

6)Retaining ring: the fixed parts of the shaft is divided into axial fixed and circumferential fixed.

One of the conveyor accessories, the roller bearing plays an important role in the conveyor and is an important part of the roller.
